The Marin County Board of Supervisors Implemented a Project-Specific Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for the Fire Headquarters project at San Geronimo Commons!

The North Bay Building Trades will be building the San Geronimo headquarters facility that will become the heart of Marin firefighting resources. The project will be replacing most of the functions currently based at the aging Woodacre site. It will support everything from emergency response to firefighter training and Special Operations. With about 25,000 square feet of planned space, the new station will give us room to include modern safety features, space for the firefighting fleet of vehicles and equipment & also living quarters for our firefighters. This 80 million Dollar project will provide apprenticeship and training opportunities for the North Bay Build Crafts as we build for the 21^st century.
